Giuseppina and Giuseppe Della Posta of Johnston recently celebrated their 50th wedding anniversary by renewing their marriage vows at the Holy Ghost Church in Providence. Reverend Camilo Lando officiated the service, after which, family and friends enjoyed a reception at Luigi’s Restaurant. Giuseppina and Giuseppe were originally married in Casa Mare, Italy, on June 24, 1962, and have two sons, Luigi and Franco, and daughter-in-laws Joan and Gina. They are the proud grandparents of Heather, Eric, Angelica and Kristiana. The couple is looking forward to a visit to their native Italy in September.
