These days, most of us are feeling overwhelmed in one way or another. In trying to manage the already full plate of responsibilities and make ends meet, the last thing anyone wants to have to add to life’s daily burdens is the nightmare of a car accident.

On one of the worst days in recent memory, I found myself living that nightmare. With finances and nerves very tight, I simply felt overwhelmed! In desperation and on the recommendation of a friend, I turned to Mark at Lindberg Auto Body, 58 Smithfield Avenue in Pawtucket.

With genuine kindness, compassion and professionalism, he quickly took my car in and did a remarkable repair job! All signs of the damage were gone and, in fact, the whole car looked better than it had in years! Mark expressed sincere sympathy for our situation and offered comforting reassurance that he would take care of everything – and he was true to his word.

This note is being sent just to let your readers know that good people can still be found in business – people who you can completely trust, people who have compassion and honest work ethics – people like Mark at Lindberg Auto Body. To Mark and his team, my sincere appreciation to you for a job beautifully done and for the kindness you offered.
