From July 2 to Sept. 3, the library will be closed on Saturdays and Sundays for summer hours. They will also be closed on Aug. 8.

Everybody Bakes Bread on July 14 from 10:30-11:30 a.m. Listen to a wonderful story about cultural bread variations. Sample bread prepared in different cultures. Some recipes will be available to take home. For school aged children, no registration necessary. Contact Michelle at 231-4980.

Graniteville Baptist Church
The Graniteville Baptist Church congregation will be worshipping with the Georgiaville Baptist Church each Sunday at 9:30 a.m. through July 24. Georgiaville is located at 100 Farnum Pike, Smithfield. Graniteville's Pastor Rebecca Law and her husband Chris recently celebrated the birth of their second son and are enjoying some family time together.
Carwash Fundraiser
The Class of 2014 Johnston High School will have a Car Wash July 10 at Sheik Hair Designs, 1216 Atwood Ave. from 9 a.m.-2 p.m. All donations will benefit the Class of 2014.
