At the Mohr Library
Saturday drop-in: Crafts programs are held every Saturday and feature several self-directed projects for kids and parents to do together. Drop-in anytime between 11 a.m. and 3 p.m. Craft programs are not appropriate for children under 3 as small parts might present a hazard.
Storytime will resume on March 13 as follows:
Tuesdays 0 to 3 years old
Wednesdays 3 - 5 years old
Thursdays 2 and 3 years old
All Storytimes start at 10:30a.m. No registration required.
Scienc Club for grades 2-5 will be held on the first Monday of the through the month of May. Hands-on experiments and exciting explorations.
Spring Bazaar
St. Rocco Women's Guild Spring Bazaar will be held on March 24 from 9 a.m.-4 p.m. at St. Rocco School, 931 Atwood Ave. Food, fun, raffles, games, face painting and 30 vendors including Miche bags, Pampered Chef, Scentsy, jewelry, scarves and more.
Swinging Squares

Free Tax Assistance & Preparation
The Rhode Island AARP Foundation Tax-Aide program is offering free income tax assistance and preparation. Italian Festival
The Social Ministry of St. Brigid's Church, 1231 Plainfield St., is sponsoring their 4th Annual Italian festival March 18 at the Johnston Senior Center, 1291 Hartford Ave., with entertainment. Marchetti's Restaurant, Cranston, is donating an Italian meal. Wine and soft drinks will be included along with an array of delicacies baked by the Fans of St. Brigid. In honor of St. Joseph, "Al the Baker" Brands will donate Italian cookies. Tickets are now on sale prior and after the 5 p.m. Mass on Saturday and the 8 and 10 a.m. Masses on Sunday. 30 Week Club
Enrollments in the 4th Annual 30 Week Club of St. Brigid's Church, 1231 Plainfield St., are now on sale prior and after the 5 p.m. and 8 and 10 a.m. Masses.
