At the Mohr Library
Saturday drop-in: Crafts programs are held every Saturday and feature several self-directed projects for kids and parents to do together. Drop-in anytime between 11 a.m. and 3 p.m. Craft programs are not appropriate for children under 3 as small parts might present a hazard.
Storytime will resume on March 13 as follows:
Tuesdays 0 to 3 years old
Wednesdays 3 - 5 years old
Thursdays 2 and 3 years old
All Storytimes start at 10:30 a.m. No registration required.
Science Club for grades 2-5 will be held on the first Monday of the through the month of May. Hands-on experiments and exciting explorations.

Easter Cookie Sale
The bakers of St. Brigid Church, 1231 Plainfield St., will offering their Easter cookies March 31, prior and after the 5 p.m Mass and prior to and after the 8 and 10 a.m. Masses on April 1 in the church hall. Trays of 1½ lbs. will be offered at $17 and 1 lb. trays will be offered for $12. Specialties and Easter bread will also be available. To reserve trays call Anna at 944-3645 or Angela at 944-3945.

Square Dance Workshops
The Swinging Squares of RI will have square dance workshops on April 2, 9, 16, 23 and 30 from 7 p.m. at the East Smithfield Neighborhood Center, 7 Esmond St., Smithfield. $5 per person. The caller will be Bob Butler and the cuer will be Henry Barry. Call Helen at 727-4748 for more information.

Free Tax Assistance & Preparation
The Rhode Island AARP Foundation Tax-Aide program is offering free income tax assistance and preparation. The service is available at the Cranston Central Library, Sockanosset Cross Road, Mondays from 9 a.m.- 12 noon, through April 9. For information visit www.aarp.org/taxaide or call 1-888-687-2277.
