Agenda

The Johnston Planning Board regular monthly meeting will be held at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday, June 7, 2016, at the Johnston Senior Center located at 1291 Hartford Avenue.

Old Business

A. Major Land Development/Industrial Site Preliminary & Final Plan Review - Superior Energy-2229-Plainfield Pike- PB ’15-25

The applicant, Superior Energy, proposes to operate a propane storage facility and occupy an existing building for accessory office use. The property is 7.37 acres, located within the B-2 and I- Industrial Zoning Districts and is identified as AP 32 Lot 31, 2229 Plainfield Pike. The project engineer is Jason Clough of DiPrete Engineering.

B. Advisory Opinion to the Town Council on the Property for the Land Trust- Belknap School Land Conveyance

The Town Council seeks an advisory opinion for approval on the conveyance of the land from the Town of Johnston Land Trust.

New Business

A. Major Land Development Master Plan Review- Richard Conti-Brown Ave- PB ’16-5

The applicant, Richard Conti, proposes to separate a lot to create additional buildable lot. The property is 5.58 acres, located within the R-40 Zone and is identified as Plat 55 Lot 4.

B. Advisory Opinion to the Town Council on the CDBG FY ’16

Endorsement and advisory opinion to Town Council on proposed 2016 Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) program application.

Documents available for review 8am-3pm, Planning Office, 100 Irons Ave. Items not heard by 10:30 pm rescheduled for subsequent meeting. Facilities are handicap accessible. Interpreter services to be requested from TTD (401) 792-9642, 72 hours advance notice required.
