The Johnston Planning Board regular monthly meeting will be held at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday, April 5, 2016, at the Johnston Senior Center located at 1291 Hartford Avenue.
New Business
A. Major Subdivision and Land Development Master Plan Review-Izzo- 2011 Plainfield Pike Subdivision – PB ’15-14
Master Plan review of the proposed subdivision requiring zoning relief from the Zoning Board of Appeals. The plan is entitled the Izzo- Plainfield Pike Subdivision. The lot is identified as A.P. 30/ Lot 5 consisting of ± 20.61 Acres within the B2 and R-40 Zoning District. Subdivision with Waivers and/or Variances requested. The application and plan have been prepared by Joseph R. Vinagro Properties, LLC.
B. Advisory Opinion to the Town Council for Zone Map Change petition 2016-04; Zoning Ordinance Amendment Pertaining to Kennels.
The Town Council seeks an advisory opinion from the Planning Board on proposed Zone Map Change Petition; Zoning Ordinance amendment 2016-4 pertaining to Kennels.
C. New Meeting Place for the Municipal Land Trust
Documents available for review 8am-3pm, Planning Office, 100 Irons Ave. Items not heard by 10:30 pm rescheduled for subsequent meeting. Facilities are handicap accessible. Interpreter services to be requested from TTD (401) 792-9642, 72 hours advance notice required.
