TRIUMPHANT TOAST: Back in September, Johnston Town Council President Robert V. Russo (right) and school committee member Joseph Rotella (third left) celebrated their primary election victories in style at Gillette Stadium, where the New England Patriots defeated the Miami Dolphins, 31-24. The local pols were joined by longtime friends Michael Lombardi and Mat Franco -- winner of America’s Got Talent, who now has his own show at the LinQ Hotel in Las Vegas -- who are also Johnston High School graduates.
