Mary G. (Casale) Carroll, 85, of Norma St., died October 5, 2013 surrounded by her loving family. She was the beloved wife of the late Alfred J. Carroll.
Born in North Providence and a lifelong Graniteville resident, she was a daughter of the late Antonio and Adele (Illiano) Casale. Mary was a teacher’s aide at the Graniteville School in Johnston for 27 years, retiring in 1994.
She leaves five sons: Alfred Carroll and his wife, Beverly, Michael Carroll and his wife, Kathy, Stephen Carroll, Daniel Carroll and his wife, Cyndi, and Joseph Carroll and his wife, Peg; thirteen grandchildren; six great-grandchildren; and a brother, Michael Casale. She was the sister of the late Angelo Casale and Viola Baffoni.
Her funeral will be held Thursday at 9 a.m. from the Robbins Funeral Home, 2251 Mineral Spring Ave., North Providence with a Mass of Christian Burial at 10 a.m. in Mary, Mother of Mankind Church. Burial will follow in Highland Memorial Park. Calling hours Wednesday 5-8 p.m.
