Midnight Mike's Food Truck

'A step-up in Late Night Food'

Posted

Food trucks have become the new rage in dining out these days, and for good reason. The whole concept is edgy and fun, but the best part about food trucks is the FOOD - served fast, flavorful, fresh and made-to order - just like the food at Midnight Mike's Food Truck in Providence. Owner "Midnight Mike" Scarduzio, Jr. has been dreaming of his own food truck for years, and as of March of this year, that dream became a reality in the form of his colorful and sparkling clean food truck. Permanently anchored on Harris Avenue, Midnight Mike's Food Truck is OPEN for BUSINESS!

Mike Scarduzio, a proud graduate of Johnston High School, has high standards for the food he prepares and serves at his newly opened food truck in Providence. Scarduzio is very selective about all of his ingredients, opting for the higher grade meat, the freshest of vegetables and the most aromatic of cheeses every time. He also borrows heavily from family recipes that have been passed down through the generations, including his homemade meatballs and gravy. At Midnight Mike's Food Truck, "superior quality" is the expectation - and as soon as you take your first bite of food, you will agree.

To taste this quality and sample these exceptional flavors, check out the menu at Midnight Mike's Food Truck, including these classic favorites:

Sandwiches: Hot dogs, Chili-cheese dogs, Grilled cheese sandwiches

From the Charbroiler: Delmonico Cheese Steak; Grilled Sausages with peppers & onions

Grinders: Italian and meatball grinders (with homemade red "gravy"); Chicken and Veal Parmesan, and a good old-fashioned Tuna Melt.

Sides: Fries, fries with cheese, Onion rings, Mozzarella sticks and crispy chicken tenders - nothing processed here!

Assorted specials are also offered up, including Mike's classic Corned beef Reuben, various wraps and seasonal favorites like Chili.

Highlight of the menu: "Midnight Mike's Burger" - a 6 oz hamburger patty piled high with grilled onions, cheddar cheese, bacon, mushrooms and Mike's own specially prepared sauce. Best deal in town for only $6.50.

Open Wednesday through Saturday from 8:00pm until 2:00am, breakfast is also served at Midnight Mike's Food Truck. Omelettes and pancakes and French toast - oh my! Breakfast sandwiches of eggs, cheese, ham, sausage, bacon - fresh off the grill. Strawberry, blueberry and chocolate chip pancakes - dripping with syrup. Simply lip-smacking.

Midnight Mike's Food Truck can be found right next to the train tracks at 400 Harris Avenue, near the intersection with Atwells Avenue and in the side lot next to Monster Mini-Golf.. You will know it by its bright blue shiny exterior and eye-catching logo of the man in the moon (designed by Mike's talented cousin Kim DeMarco). Hours are Wed. - Sat., 8pm - 2am.
