The Johnston Planning Board regular monthly meeting will be held at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday, November 1, 2016, at the Johnston Senior Center located at 1291 Hartford Avenue.

A. PB ’16-16a Highland Meadows – Applicant: Green Meadow Investments, LLC & William Baldwin - Property Located between 1275 and 1285 Central Avenue, Plat 43/4 94 & portion 569 - Property Zoned R-40

A Public Informational Meeting on the Preliminary Plan submission of Highland Meadows, a proposed three lot minor subdivision on 10.05 acres. The purpose of the meeting is to review the presented plans, discuss phasing and any requested waivers, hear public comment and to give direction to the developer, Green Meadow Investments, LLC & William Baldwin.

B. PB’ 16-20a Atwood Place Development – Applicant: Atwood Place Development Corp – Property Location: 1770 Atwood Avenue Plat 53 Lot 75 – Property Zoned: R-7.

A Public Informational Meeting on the Master Plan submission of a proposed two lot minor subdivision of a 4.4 acre parcel with an existing dwelling. The purpose of the meeting is to review the presented plans, discuss phasing and any requested waivers, hear public comment and to give direction to the developer, Atwood Place Development Corporation.

C. PB ’15-18 John Cairo- Applicant- Major Subdivision- Master Plan Review – Property Location Atwells & Union Plat 18 Lot 203- Property Zoned: R-15

Master Plan review of the proposed two (2) lot residential subdivision requiring zoning relief from the Zoning Board of Appeals. The plan is entitled the Cairo- Atwells & Union Avenue. The lot is identified as A.P. 18 / Lot 203 consisting of ±12,880 sq. ft. within the R-15 Zoning District and owned by John Cairo. The proposal is to divide the developed lot into two substandard lots creating an additional buildable lot. The application and plan have been prepared by N. Veltri Survey, Inc

D. PB ‘16-11 Preliminary Plan- Major Subdivision and Land Development Plan Review – Citizens Bank Campus Subdivision- Greenville Avenue Plat 50 Lot 71 and Plat 51/1 Lot 17-

Notice is given pursuant to Rhode Island General Laws Section 45-23-41 that the Johnston Planning Board shall hold a Public Hearing on Tuesday, November 1, 2016 at 6:00p.m. at the Johnston Senior Center, 1291 Hartford Ave, Johnston, RI 02919. The purpose of this Public Hearing is to consider and receive public comment regarding a Preliminary Plan application for a Major Land Development Proposal by Citizens Bank, N.A., to develop a corporate campus on Tax Assessor’s Map 51-1 Lot 17 and a portion of Tax Assessor’s Map 50 Lot 71A. The Applicant is also requesting a waiver from the requirement of Section IV, Article E, Subsection 4(A) of the Johnston Subdivision and Major Land Development Regulations and RIGL 45-23-41(2) that the Applicant provides copies of all required approvals from the State of Rhode Island with the Applicant’s Preliminary Plan application. A copy of the matter under consideration may be obtained or examined and copied during regular office hours at the Town of Johnston Public Works Office, 100 Irons Ave, Johnston, RI 02919. The proposals shown may be altered or amended prior to the close of the public informational meeting without further advertising, as a result of further study or because of the views expressed at the public hearing. Any alteration or amendment must be presented for comment in the course of the hearing. All persons interested in the above application are requested to attend said meeting and be heard. Individuals requesting interpreter services for the hearing impaired must notify the Office of the Town Clerk seventy-two (72) hours in advance of the hearing date.
