T-Mobile USA provides this notice of a modification to an existing telecommunications facility installation at 3 John Street, Johnston, Providence County, RI. Three existing antennas will be relocated and 3 additional antennas will be installed on new mounts all at a centerline height of 68-ft on the 98-ft smokestack.
