The proof of the John Carnevale case

To the Editor:

The proof of the John Carnevale case is staring you in the face.

I received a letter dated February 21, 2017 from the town of Johnston. The Town Clerk has told me that there are no records pertaining to voter information for Mr. John Carnevale. If there are no public records that he voted in Johnston then this proves that he does not vote in Johnston. You are supposed to vote in the district that you live in.

If Mr. Carnevale does not vote in Johnston then this proves he does not live in Johnston. This proves that the Johnston residence is not his permanent home. Anybody can stay or vacation at another home temporarily but this does not mean that the Johnston home is his permanent homestead residence.
