Friends of the Scituate Animal Shelter are hosting a wine tasting on Tuesday, May 8, from 7 to 8:30 p.m. at the Tavern on Main, located at 1157 Putnam Pike in Chepachet.

The cost is $20 per person or $35 per couple, and advanced ticket purchase is required. Call Carol at 567-0413 to buy your ticket.

All attendees will be entered into a drawing for a door prize, and can also take chances on a raffle to win other great prizes, including an overnight stay at Upland Meadows Farm, a pet-friendly B&B in the Berkshires.
