Welcome back to a new school year, all Johnston High School students!
Classes started on Aug. 28, and it already seems to be a very busy and productive year. It kicked off with the Injury Fund football game this past Friday, Sept. 6.
This Friday, Sept. 13, there will be our third annual movie night, taking place on the Johnston athletic field at 9 p.m. It will follow an at-home football game, and we will be watching the horror movie “Insidious.”
Moving into October, spirit week will be taking place the week of Oct. 7 to 11, and the homecoming parade and football game against the Lincoln Lions will be Oct. 12.
There is a lot to look forward to, so be sure to get involved and look out for all the exciting events we have planned throughout the year!
