Advisory Opinion to the Town Council on the Petition for a Zone Change Amendment to B-3 Interchange Business District

Amendment to B-3 Interchange Business District Purpose, Uses, Description and Intent.

PB 18-18 Land Development and Subdivision Regulations- Discussion of possible amendments.

PB 18-19 Minor Subdivision – Preliminary Plan- 1343 Hartford Avenue - Plat 20 Lot 43- B-2 Zone-Applicant: Carlos Rodriguez

A public meeting to review & approve a Preliminary Submission a minor subdivision; a proposed subdivision of AP 20 Lot 43 located on Hartford Avenue. Request to merge preliminary & final.

Advisory Opinion to the Town Council on the Petition for Abandonment of a portion for AP 37, Lot 24.

Town Council voted to refer 2018-CP-131 to the Planning Board for an advisory opinion.

Documents available for review 8am-3pm, Planning Office, 100 Irons Ave. Items not heard by 10:30 pm rescheduled for subsequent meeting. Facilities are handicap accessible. Interpreter services to be requested from TTD (401) 792-9642, 72 hours advance notice required.
