A petition having been duly filed by Phoebe S. Long and Jay N. Mitchell, who is domiciled at 3319 E. Main Rd., Dunkirk, NY 14048 and 7235 Route 380, Lot 1, Stockton, NY 14784, respectively;

YOU ARE HEREBY CITED TO SHOW CAUSE before the Surrogate’s Court, Chautauqua County, at 3 N. Erie St., Mayville, New York, on January 6, 2020 at 9:15 o’clock in the fore noon of that day, why a decree should not be made in the estate of Robert L. Mitchell lately domiciled at 6350 Route 20, Town of Portland admitting to probate a Will dated 12/11/2007, as the Will of Robert L. Mitchell deceased, relating to real and personal proberty, and directing that Letters Testamentary issue to Phoebe S. Long and Jay N. Mitchell.
