The Rhode Island Hospitality Association will host a customer service training program on Monday, April 16th and Monday, April 23rd from 8:00 a.m.- 4:00 p.m. Members and nonmembers alike will have the opportunity to polish their customer service techniques through a series of informative role-playing activities.
The event will include training in customer-centric service, greeting and seating customers, dining room service, guest payment and service recovery, and marketing the positive guest service experience.
