(Magician/drug dealer drama)

Street magician by day, drug dealer by night. Jacob Latimer plays Bo, a young black, parentless man from the mean streets of LA who cares for his younger sister by passing his hat after wowing people with his magic on street corners during the day and earning bigger bucks peddling heroin in the dark nighttime clubs and alleys.

Bo works for Angelo (Dule Hill), a tough, relentless, violent dealer who pushes him to commit acts that fill him with fear and guilt. Bo meets a girl (Seychelle Gabriel), giving him two women in his life to care about. At times, it is difficult to accept the fact that Bo sows his loyalty to his boss and yet robs both for him and from him, while also showing his tenderness toward his sister and girlfriend.

Bo digs himself into a big hole, with his boss and a rival gang putting pressure on him while he tries to juggle his two lives. Bo uses his magic to get himself out of the hole, creating a unique magical trick that involves invading his body with an electromagnetic device.

Will Bo escape from his boss and rival gang?

Will he be able to start a new life with his sister and his girlfriend?

The movie has a very strange ending that has you wondering about  his "magical" powers.

Rated a big R, with profanity, violence, and drugs.
