The thermostat kept rising Friday, but that didn’t stop the residents of the Aime J. Forand complex from celebrating at their annual summer cookout. Fearing rain and wanting to beat the heat, the Johnston Housing Authority decided to take down their tent and move the party inside, where guests were treated to food, entertainment and a raffle.
