Food Drive

The Mohr Library will be collecting food for the RI Community Food Bank in January. They will be collecting at the library, downstairs in Youth Services, through Jan. 27. Most needed items are tuna, peanut butter, canned foods such as beans, soup, stews, chili, fruits, vegetables, juices, nutritious cereals, rice, pasta. No glass jars please.

Aime J. Forand Meeting

The Aime J. Forand Tenants Association will meet Jan. 12 at 1 p.m. in the Picolli Community hall. Please make every effort to attend.

Annual Pro-Life Dinner

The Rhode Island State Council of the Knights of Columbus will hold their annual pro-life dinner Jan. 17 at 7 p.m. at the Warwick Council located at 475 Sandy Lane, Warwick. The cost is $20 per person. For more information or reservations call Mark Bamberg at 934-3074.

North Central Chamber

The North Central Chamber of Commerce will hold its Annual Board of Directors Meeting Jan. 22, followed by the January "Business After Hours" at the Village at Waterman Lake "Chalet" in Greenville. The Annual Board of Directors Meeting will begin at 4 p.m. and Business After Hours will follow at approximately 5 p.m. There is no charge for chamber members to attend.
