LEGAL NOTICE

CITY OF WARWICK

In accordance with Section 45-24-53 General Laws of 1956, as amended, further notice is hereby given that on Wednesday, January 20, 2010 at 7:00 p.m. all residents and taxpayers of the City of Warwick, Rhode Island, and all other persons interested in discussing an amendment to the Zoning Ordinance shall have an opportunity to present their views publicly at a hearing to be held by the Warwick City Council in the Council Chambers, City Hall, 3275 Post Road, Warwick, Rhode Island. The amendment to the Zoning Ordinance is relative to Amending Appendix A, Sec. 600. The proposal may be altered or amended prior to the close of the public hearing without further advertising, as a result of further study or because of the views expressed at the public hearing. Any such alteration or amendment will be presented for comment in the course of said hearing.
