Kaylee....have you watched the rioting in Baltimore? Philidelphia? When society breaks down, the cops are overwhelmed. Why do we need guns? Because we have the right to defend ourselves from criminals who won't follow the law regardless of how many gun laws are passed.

Have you read the constitution? See 2nd amendment.

Also, gun buyback programs are a feel good thing that does nothing to stop gun violence. Gun violence is perpetrated by criminals.
