Fred, unfortunately 33 % of the voters in our state are either retired from civil service, presently employed including eligible voters living in the same household. Most of the rest are just plain ignorant. I'm at the point whereas I no longer care about Rhode Island. If Isis was to hit our state
tomorrow I would only hope that the young and patriotic Americans would not be harmed, a small few indeed. Peter A. Filippi
